Persons wishing to complete the plumbing service technician seminar must have completed an apprenticeship as a building services planner specializing in plumbing Federal VET Diploma or plumbing fitter Federal VET Diploma and have at least three years of professional experience after graduation or have a Federal VET Diploma in a profession related to the plumbing industry, such as an electrician, chimney sweep or heating fitter, and have worked as a plumbing fitter for three years. To be admitted to the Federal VET Diploma examination, candidates must either have a vocational qualification as an electrician Federal VET Diploma or electrical planner Federal VET Diploma and at least one year of professional experience with electrical installations after completion, or another Federal VET Diploma or equivalent qualification and at least three years of experience in the aforementioned field.
