You do not need a degree in psychology for every university continuing education course at an institute of psychology. For example, you can also attend the CAS in Basic Psychology without a degree in psychology, as well as the CAS in Business Psychology and the CAS in Work and Organizational Psychology at universities of applied sciences. The MAS in Business Psychology is also not designed as continuing education, further training for established psychologists, but rather for specialists and managers who are at home in the natural sciences, engineering, social sciences or business administration and want to learn to understand psychological processes for their everyday work.
