Do I really need training to work as a store manager?
Nowadays, it is very rare for people to be hired as store managers in retail who do not have any significant qualifications. It is usually not enough to have worked in retail for years or even decades; if you do not have the necessary skills, such as in labor law, personnel management, financial controlling and data protection, you will probably never be promoted to store manager. It is therefore highly recommended that you attend such a course, which lasts 10 to 15 days and provides you with comprehensive training in all important areas.
