Do I really need MarKom first to take the direct marketing specialist exam?
In order to be admitted to a Federal Professional Examination in Marketing and Sales, passing the MarKom admission exam is still mandatory until 2019. This applies to the federal professional certificates for marketing specialists (direct marketing specialists), PR specialists, communication planners, sales specialists and copywriters. From 2019, the MarKom certificate examination will no longer be a mandatory admission requirement.
