Do I need a Federal Professional Examination for the AFPE in Human Resources Management?
You do not necessarily need a Federal Diploma of Higher Education to be admitted to the Advanced Federal Diploma in Human Resources Management (AFPE), but a Federal Diploma of Higher Education in HR can serve as admission. Degrees from Colleges of Higher Education, Universities of Applied Sciences, Universities and equivalent qualifications are also recognized as admission requirements for the AFPE in Human Resources Management. However, a DAS (Diploma of Advanced Studies) Head of HR UAS is not federally recognized. Only by attending further CAS (Certificate of Advanced Studies) courses can you turn a DAS into a MAS, a Master of Advanced Studies, which is recognized both federally and internationally.
