Do I necessarily need a university degree for the CAS Resilience Training?
Although a CAS is primarily aimed at university graduates, it is not essential that you also have a Bachelor's or Master's degree. A higher vocational qualification is also possible for a CAS in Resilience, as are other professional qualifications plus sufficient professional experience, preferably in a coaching-related field. This means that if you have a Federal VET Diploma and at least seven years of professional experience, including at least three years in a management position or training in HR management, education or communication, health management, personnel development or a similar field and at least four years of professional experience, you are also eligible for admission to this CAS. In exceptional cases, interested parties with other qualifications may also be admitted if they have the appropriate qualifications.
