Do I need any specific training to be able to give massages?
You do not need any special training to be able to perform massages on healthy patients to relax them and increase their sense of well-being or to release blockages and tension. It is of course necessary that you have experience in the method you wish to offer and sufficient knowledge to enable you to help the patient in a targeted manner. A professional training course is therefore highly recommended as a basis, which not only explains the massage technique, but also provides you with basic knowledge about the human anatomy.
