As a qualified CHE construction management technician, you are the contact person on site responsible for all matters relating to architects, authorities, engineers, site management, suppliers, clients, employees, etc. You are responsible for personnel management as well as for the complete planning and control of all work on the construction site and in the associated areas of the company. This also includes calculating quotations, conducting negotiations, preparing construction programs, invoices and post-calculations. Graduates of the MAS Construction Management postgraduate course also take on the tasks of local construction management.
