An MAS in Business Law at a University of Applied Sciences does not necessarily require a degree from a University of Applied Sciences or a university. Without an admission procedure, federally certified tax experts, federally certified experts in accounting/controlling, federally certified fiduciary experts, federally certified auditors and persons with a notary's license based on cantonal training are also admitted to the MAS in Business Law. After an examination of the documents, CHE graduates and Advanced Federal Diploma of Higher Education (Achtung: Engl.) and AFPE diploma holders can also be admitted to the Master's in Business Law.
