Do I need special knowledge to study Service Design?
Knowledge of English is an important prerequisite for the Bachelor's degree course in Service Design in order to be able to follow the lectures, which are partly held in English from the fourth semester onwards. Language level B2 is recommended. A good knowledge of mathematics is also essential for the course, which can be improved in a preliminary course or parallel further education course at Universities if necessary. Basic accounting skills are equally important and will be tested at the start of the course. If your knowledge of double-entry bookkeeping is insufficient, you can also complete a course directly at the Universities.
