Bekomme ich mein Geld zurück, wenn der Italienisch Kurs nicht meinen Erwartungen entspricht?
Will I get my money back if the Italian course does not meet my expectations?
When you register for an Italian course, you enter into a contract with the school that regulates all agreements and obligations. In the rarest of cases, these include the fact that you can leave the course if you do not like it and receive a refund. Before booking, you have the opportunity to find out more about the Italian courses, their content, structure, duration, learning methods used and prices. You should also find out about the qualifications of the teaching staff and possibly ask before you register whether you can attend a trial lesson with the person who will be teaching you afterwards. This way you can make sure that you like the person and that he or she has a good teaching style.
Very few language schools offer you the option of leaving the Italian course at the end of a fixed period without giving a reason and receiving a refund of all costs paid up to that point. However, as this is not the rule, you should inform yourself thoroughly about the schools before enrolling and choose the Italian course that suits your expectations and objectives. You can also find information on choosing a school in our free guide "How to choose the right education provider" (see navigation point "Education help" above).
