Which course is a real journalism degree?
Journalism studies can be seen as several educational programs, if one does not consider studying in the strictest sense as a first degree at a Universities. A Bachelor's degree in Journalism is just such a university or University of Applied Sciences course, while a consecutive Master's degree is a degree that builds on the Bachelor's degree. An MAS in Multimedia Communication can also be regarded as a course of study, albeit as a postgraduate course, which is not comparable to a Bachelor's or consecutive Master's degree, but represents a specialization. You can also train as a journalist at a journalism school, although this is not a university degree but rather a certificate course without federal recognition.
