Yes, in addition to a completed vocational education and training (Vocational Education and Training (VET)) with at least a Federal Diploma of Vocational Education and Training, the following are required for the Job Coach courseAt least four years of professional experience(min. 80 %),of which 1 year in vocational integrationof people with difficult access to the world of work (until the beginning of June 2025, it was still 2 years).
The conditions must be met when taking the actual Federal Professional Examination.
