You cannot explicitly register for a part-time Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering at every university, but many universities offer part-time or part-time courses. You can find out at which universities of applied sciences you can study civil engineering part-time, how long such a course takes and what conditions are attached to this option (such as at least 50% employment) directly from the respective UAS.
