The Federal Diploma of Higher Education Federal Professional Examination for HR specialists (HR specialists with a Federal Diploma of Higher Education) consists of one examination section for all candidates, "Generalist Knowledge of Human Resources", and two examination sections that focus on the relevant specialization: "Professionally sound case studies" with the examination items "Integrated case study" and "Presentation / technical discussion" and "Professional conduct in everyday working life" with the examination items "Mini cases" and "Reflection on a discussion situation".
