Which modules make up the MAS Non Profit Organization and Public Management?
The MAS in Nonprofit and Public Management consists of three modules that deal holistically with this area of management. The "Setting goals" module addresses strategic planning and organization, the socio-political framework, stakeholder groups and their significance, as well as the related communication. The "Enabling and monitoring implementation" module deals with internal structures and services, human resource management, organizational development and financial management. Finally, the course content is condensed and applied in a Master's thesis in the "Evaluation in the context of the Master's thesis" module.
