What modules does the FPE in Social Management consist of?
The preparatory course in social management, which prepares participants for the Federal Professional Examination (FPE) "Team leader in social and socio-medical institutions with Federal Diploma of Higher Education", provides in-depth training in the topics relevant to the examination: Understanding leadership and leadership behaviour as a team leader, goal-oriented leadership in a team, organization and quality of teamwork, basics of team development and cooperation, planning, implementation and evaluation of leadership tasks.
