Which modules make up the UAS MAS in Leisure Counseling?
The MAS Vocational, Academic and Career Counseling at the ZHAW consists of four certificate courses and a Master's module. The certificate courses are as follows:
- CAS Counseling in the world of work
- CAS Interdisciplinary perspective on the world of work
- CAS Consulting fields in the organizational context
- CAS Diagnostics & Counseling in the world of work
A wide range of topics are covered, such as economics and business studies, communication, organizational psychology, occupational psychology, sociology, the labour market, educational systems, career studies, legal foundations of self-management, psychology in the world of work, counselling and career theories, qualitative diagnostics, quantitative diagnostics, initial career choices and study counselling, IV career counselling and job coaching, process counselling in individual and group settings, intercultural competence, outplacement counselling, career development in an organizational context, management of counselling institutions.
