What modules does the CAS Occupational Health Management consist of?
The CAS Occupational Health Management certificate course comprises eight modules that deal with the topics of work and health; processes and structures in occupational health management; analysis of working conditions, resources and stress; personality and health-promoting work design; measures in leadership, social responsibility and corporate culture; demographic change, diversity and shaping change processes in a health-promoting way; management processes and integration into corporate management. In addition, there are changing thematic focuses and coaching sessions.
