What jobs does guest relations training prepare you for?
If you work as a guest relations manager in tourism, you will usually find employment in a hotel or tourist office, with mountain railroads, tour operators or other tourism businesses. There they are responsible for planning and organizing services and offers, responding to customer requests, advising them and selling corresponding offers. They are also responsible for post-processing with reporting and feedback evaluation as well as customer data management. The guest relations manager training also prepares you for the creation of communication materials and their distribution. In guest relations at the front desk, they represent their employer and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and attractive offers with their service.
