Questions and answers

Mindestens drei Jahre Berufserfahrung, davon mindestens ein Jahr in der beruflichen Vorsorge sind notwendig, um sich für die Berufsprüfung zur Verwaltungsfachfrau / zum Verwaltungsfachmann (Fachmann / Fachfrau für Personenvorsorge) anmelden zu können.

Nach bestandener Berufsprüfung der Weiterbildung zum / zur Verwaltungsfachmann / Verwaltungsfachfrau erlangen Sie den Titel: „Fachmann / Fachfrau für Personalvorsorge mit eidgenössischem Fachausweis“.

Die eidgenössische Berufsprüfung zur Verwaltungsfachfrau / zum Verwaltungsfachmann respektive Fachmann / Fachfrau für Personenvorsorge setzt sich aus sechs Prüfungsteilen zusammen. Schriftlich und mit einfacher Gewichtung werden die Prüfungsteile eins bis vier abgelegt: „Rechtsgrundlagen“, „Versicherungstechnik“, „Rechnungswesen“, sowie „Kapitalanlagen“. Mit einer doppelten Gewichtung und einer vier- anstelle zweistündigen schriftlichen Prüfung erfolgt der Prüfungsteil fünf „Pensionskassenführung Fallstudien“, und zudem als Prüfungsteil sechs auch in einer halbstündigen mündlichen Prüfung mit einfacher Gewichtung.

Die Weiterbildung zur Verwaltungsfachfrau / zum Verwaltungsfachmann als Vorbereitung auf die Berufsprüfung Fachmann / Fachfrau Personalvorsorge mit eidg. Fachausweis hat eine Dauer von zwei Jahren und wird berufsbegleitend durchgeführt. Ausser in den Ferien erfolgt die Ausbildung in der Regel an jedem zweiten Samstag.
