With a postgraduate degree in leadership and management, you will qualify as a good manager and have the chance of an interesting position with management and project or department management tasks.
Graduates of the NDS-HF in Leadership and Management can take over the personnel and/or technical management of a business unit in a smaller company. In larger companies, they work as members of lower management, for example as team leaders, line managers, department heads or project managers.
This gives you a good starting point for professional development at the next management level.
With the completion of an HF postgraduate degree course, you have the opportunity to transfer from a university of applied sciences to a university of applied sciences (UAS) and take up postgraduate courses in "Master of Advanced Studies (MAS)" or "Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA)" at universities of applied sciences.
