Das CAS Bodenkartierung / cartographie des sols (FH) vermittelt den Teilnehmenden fundierte Kenntnisse der Beschreibung von Böden im Feld und Beurteilung auf ihre fort- und landwirtschaftliche Eignung. Absolventen und Absolventinnen des CAS in Bodenkartierung / cartographie des sols sind zudem in in der Lage, Bodenprofile nach Schweizer Bodenklassifikation im Detail anzulegen und können eine Aufnahme, Auswertung und Digitalisierung einer Bodenkarte unter der Führung eines Bodenkartierers durchführen.

Ein Hochschulabschluss wird für die Teilnahme am CAS Bodenkartierung / cartographie des sols (FH)erwünscht, jedoch nicht zwangsläufig vorausgesetzt, sofern die Studieninteressenten über adäquate Kompetenzen und Erfahrungen verfügen. In einem solchen Fall können auch Fachpersonen aus Planungs- und Ökologiebüros sowie aus der Verwaltung nach einer Prüfung durch die Studienleitung zum Lehrgang zugelassen werden. Vorausgesetzt wird bei allen Teilnehmern, dass Sie über gute Französisch- und Deutschkenntnisse sowie fundiertes Grundlagenwissen der Bodenkunden verfügen.

Der Lehrgang in Kartographie führt zu dem CAS Zertifikat „Certificate of Advanced Studies in Bodenkartierung / cartographie des sols“.
