Markus, 25 years old, had completed an apprenticeship as an EFZ assembly electrician and had been working for 4 years in a large electrical company in Zug, which offers services relating to the installation of electrical equipment for private households, industry and commerce. The acquisition of the federal certificate as a maintenance specialist and his excellent performance on site led to his salary increasing by 26% to CHF 7,681.
