My name is Andrea Kull. I originally completed a commercial apprenticeship in the real estate sector. I then worked in real estate marketing. Today I work as a real estate marketer at H&B Real Estate AG in Zurich.

I am completing the Real Estate Marketer course to expand my specialist knowledge, which I can then apply in everyday practice.
I chose the WISS school because it is in a very central location and the time model appealed to me. I can easily integrate the lesson times into my working day.
The knowledge I have gained as a real estate marketer supports me, as I am taught the necessary theory for my professional activity and am shown practical examples by the lecturers.
What I like best about the Real Estate Marketer course is that the team of lecturers are people who work in this field and therefore bring a lot of practical examples with them. I recognize such examples in my everyday work and can then apply the proposed solutions.
There are challenges in the real estate marketer training. For example, topics are discussed that I don't deal with directly in my day-to-day work. This sometimes leads to gaps in experience that need to be supplemented with knowledge and practical examples. However, this affects different areas for all participants.
In my day-to-day work, the legal points taught in the real estate marketer training course certainly help me, as I don't regularly come into contact with them in my everyday life. With the legal knowledge I have acquired in real estate marketing, I can advise our clients much more competently.
By starting the real estate marketer training course, I was given the opportunity to take over the team management in my business.
By expanding my knowledge as a real estate marketer, I feel much more comfortable in my job. I can now confidently present myself to the outside world as an expert in the field of real estate marketing.
I would recommend the real estate marketer training to anyone who has already gained experience in real estate sales, initial brokerage, real estate management or other activities in the real estate industry and is looking for an entry into real estate marketing.
Despite the challenging situation at the real estate marketer course with online teaching, we have a lively exchange in our class and the lessons are a lot of fun. The exchange with the lecturers is also intensive. We have intensive discussions about our current practical examples.
