HR Business Partners (HRBP) are either on the Board of Directors of a company or in senior management. They are professionals in the field of human resources. They work closely with company executives to co-create an HR agenda that strongly promotes the overall organizational goals. This orientation process is called an HR business partnership. HR business partners are characterized by a high degree of communication competence, especially as it is part of their responsibility to pass on the financial and future value of people-oriented HR policy to the company management and to communicate cross-departmental decisions to the entire company. The principle of HR Business Partnership is gaining recognition and is being applied more and more frequently, especially as companies are aware of the fact that the organization should be managed with a focus on people in order to successfully achieve a common goal.
