Hot stone massage training - massage according to Hawaiian methods

The massage form with hot stones, mainly called hot stone massage or warm stone massage, has a relaxing, stimulating effect on the person being treated and harmonizes the energy fields and the nervous system. It has become an integral part of today's range of wellness treatments. The stones are usually balsatic and are heated to around 60°C in a water bath. They are then placed on the back with massage grips. Sometimes they are also stroked over the back. After heating, the stones are rubbed with a massage oil, which also provides more relaxation and a soothing scent. Are you a qualified masseuse or masseur?
