The hot stone massage is a wonderful form of massage because it has a holistic effect on the person. It brings deep relaxation on the one hand, but can also have an invigorating effect on the other. I really enjoyed the manual work during the hot stone massage training. Gliding the hot stones on the oiled body also needs to be practiced. It was also a wow effect for me to recognize the difference between working with my hands and with the stones.
