What do I need for admission to the courses? What requirements do I have to fulfill for the degrees?

Course admission:

For modules 1-4, you must already have a management function (including, for example, chairing team meetings, conducting target agreement meetings, planning work assignments) or be able to provide confirmation from your employer that you will be able to practise these tasks during the training.
Prerequisite for module 5: completion of modules 1-4.
With the completion of modules 1-5, admission to the federal professional examination "Team leader in social and socio-medical institutions" is possible.

Admission to the federal professional examination (BP):

Module completions 1-5 or certificates of equivalence
Apprenticeship qualification with EFZ in healthcare or further training qualification (BP, HFP, HF or FH) in a social or healthcare profession
Since completing basic training, at least two years of practical experience in a care, agogic or nursing position (at least 60% workload)
At least one year of management experience in the care, agogic or nursing sector

Course admission:

Training or further education in the social or health sector
Completion of management training at team leader level (level 1)
At least two years' experience in divisional or departmental management
Management function at divisional or departmental level in a social or healthcare institution

Degree: Industry certificate:

You will receive the industry certificate for divisional management for the proof of competence in modules 6-8.

Course admission:

Prerequisite for modules 9-10: Proof of competence in modules 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 or federal certificate "Team leader in social and socio-medical institutions"

Admission to the federal PET examination (HFP):

Proof of competence of modules 1-10 or certificates of equivalence
3 years of management experience at team leader level and management of an entire department of a social or socio-medical institution.
And one of the following conditions:
- Further education qualification in social and health care (BP, HFP, HF or FH) and 3 years of professional experience in the social, socio-medical or nursing field
- Further education qualification (BP, HFP, HF or FH) in another field, at least 3 years of professional experience in the social, socio-medical or nursing field and proof of the necessary industry knowledge
- Apprenticeship qualification with EFZ in the social and healthcare sector and at least 5 years of professional experience in the social, socio-medical or care sector
- Other apprenticeship qualification with EFZ, at least 5 years of professional experience in the social, socio-medical or care sector and proof of the necessary industry knowledge
