Peter Korner, self-employed coach and consultant, Business Coaching NDS HF
At the age of 56, after more than 30 years in middle management at Ringier Print, a secure job and a good salary, Peter Korner dares to do what not many in his situation would dare: he resigns. And without the prospect of a new job. He took the risk and began further training in coaching so that he could devote himself intensively to his greatest interests: change processes, professional and career counseling, conflict management, self- and relationship management, potential development and leadership issues. He begins a postgraduate course to become a certified Business Coach HF NDS at the MBSZ.
Creating real added value
At the beginning of 2017, Peter Korner completed the federally recognized continuing education course in 2014 and is now working as an independent consultant and coach. His main focus is on change processes in human and business matters. Peter Korner Coaching GmbH has also been entered in the commercial register since 2016.
The postgraduate course to become a certified Business Coach HF NDS supported Korner on his path to self-employment, particularly in that he developed himself further and tackled his own change process. Peter Korner is certain that this self-development is the only way he can be credible and authentic as a coach and offer real added value to the people and organizations he supports in his work.
