Ich muss ehrlich sagen, dass mir der Stoff sehr gut gefällt und ich das Thema äußerst spannend finde. Dennoch kann ich nur nochmals betonen, dass die zur Verfügung stehende Zeit meiner Meinung nach nicht angemessen ist. Ich würde mir wünschen, mehr Zeit für die Schulung zu haben, damit man die Inhalte in Ruhe lernen und verarbeiten kann, ohne sich vier Tage lang ständig unter Stress zu fühlen. Dass bei einer Zwischenprüfung mehr als 75 % der Teilnehmenden nicht bestehen, sollte aus meiner Sicht ebenfalls ein Zeichen dafür sein, dass der Zeitrahmen möglicherweise zu knapp bemessen ist. Der Ausbildner war jedoch hervorragend und hat die Schulung sehr kompetent geleitet. Generell sind die Mitarbeitenden bei euch wirklich erstklassig. Dafür möchte ich ausdrücklich ein großes Lob aussprechen.
