Sehr gut gemacht und weiter so. Benjamin macht absolut den Unterschied! Er ist einer der besten Dozenten, welche ich in meiner schulischen / akademischen Karriere hatte!

Ich würde den Lehrgang nicht mehr am EBZ Olten besuchen. Für mich hat der Praxisbezug gefehlt, der Unterricht war mir zu wenig "lebhaft"; es wurde genau nach Lehrmittel und Zertifikatsprüfung unterrichtet. Die Anordnung der Themen war fragwürdig. Viele Wechsel der Stunden was mit Familie schwierig spontan zu organisieren ist. Infrastruktur der Schule: wäre eine Kaffeeautomat oder ein Selectaautomat etc. wünschenswert

Der Lehrgang war für mich fachlich und persönlich sehr wertvoll. Besonders positiv war die praxisnahe und reflektierte Ausrichtung des Unterrichts. Die verschiedenen Leistungsnachweise, Unterrichtsbesuche und Visionierungen haben mich dazu gebracht, mein eigenes Unterrichtshandeln bewusster zu hinterfragen und gezielt weiterzuentwickeln. Ich konnte viele konkrete didaktische Werkzeuge direkt in meinen eigenen Unterricht übertragen, insbesondere im Bereich Aktivierung, Lernprozesssteuerung und Theorie-Praxis-Transfer. Der Austausch mit Dozierenden und Mitstudierenden war konstruktiv und lernförderlich. Insgesamt hat mich der Lehrgang in meiner Rolle als Lehrperson deutlich weitergebracht und meinen Blick auf lernwirksamen Unterricht nachhaltig geschärft.

Gesamthaft habe ich im Modul A viel gelernt und es war motivierend. Es wurde mir auch aufgezeigt, wo meine weiteren Entwicklungsgebiete und Ansätze für weitere Ausbildungen als Lehrperson liegen. Ich kann den Lehrgang Modul A in Olten gerne weiter empfehlen. Aus meiner Sicht ist er für Praktiker mit Berufserfahrung geeignet, um einen Zugang und Verständnis zur Rolle und Bedeutung von Didaktik und Unterrichtsgestaltung zu entwickeln.

Der letzte Tag war schlecht organisiert da es zu einer "Doppelbuchung" des Dozenten gekommen ist. Kann passieren, sollte aber nicht. :-) // Sonst war es gut und sauber organisiert, evtl. über kleinere Klassen nachdenken? :-)
