TheNLP Academy Switzerlandhas stood for high-quality and ethical communication training for around 30 years; from basic seminars to the Federal Diploma of Higher Education and Supervisor/Coach bso. The NLP Academy Switzerland focuses on learning with fun and individual learning support for personal development and communicative competence. Communication to experience and implement with heart and mind characterize the training center.

The NLP Academy has been present on Ausbildung-Weiterbildung.ch since 2007 and has been able to attract countless inquiries from prospective students and new course participants via the education portal during this time. For school director Ueli R. Frischknecht, AusbildungWeiterbildung.ch is one of the most successful marketing channels.

Since November 2017, the NLP Academy has been relying on the advantages of Performance+ (certifications, strengths, star rating) on Ausbildung-Weiterbildung.ch and also communicates the ratings on its own website and in the social media area.

Result

Over 220 ratings (5.6★) and a doubling of requests since the activation of Performance+

Participants receive a link to the online survey one week after completing the course. Ueli R. Frischknecht is delighted with the numerous, detailed and very high quality feedback from graduates. Within 9 months, the NLP Academy has received more than 220 verified responses. The average rating of 5.6 stars reflects the quality of the training courses and the participants' trust in the NLP Academy.

Since launching the strengths, certifications and star rating on AusbildungWeiterbildung.ch, the NLP Academy has more than doubled the number of inquiries! Ueli R. Frischknecht makes double use of the advantages of the star rating and also uses the confidence-building elements of the ratings prominently on his own website and Facebook page.
