How extensive is training in couples coaching?
The training in couples coaching / couples counseling is modular and assumes that you already have basic coaching training. You can usually do this training directly at the same school where you would like to complete your continuing education, further training in couples coaching and is required to provide you with the skills and methods you need for your future work as a couples coach. You can expect the basic training to take between six months and seven months, while the continuing education, further training to become a certified Master Relationship and Family Coach takes at least 28 days, although this can extend over a longer period depending on which modules you choose.
