How long does it take to learn Persian and speak it at level A1?
Persian/Farsi does not have a complicated vocabulary - which means that a course can quickly enable you to deal with everyday situations using simple sentences and a basic vocabulary.
In six months you can learn a lot of the essentials and reach an advanced level A1 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages* - including Arabic-Persian script.
How long it takes to learn Persian also depends on the intensity with which you learn and other factors such as your previous language skills, your motivation, your diligence, etc.
