How does the federally certified sales manager exam work?
The federally certified sales manager examination consists of a written and an oral examination. The written exam covers topics such as sales management, marketing strategies and business fundamentals. The oral examination includes presentations and technical discussions in which participants must demonstrate their specialist knowledge and leadership skills.
