How can I become a training manager?
You can become a training manager if you first pass the professional examination for trainers. Alternatively, equivalent training in adult education with proof of the relevant knowledge and skills is required. The examination requires at least 4 years of practical experience in training and further education amounting to 1500 hours as well as 500 hours of practical experience in a managerial role.
