How is continuing education, further training in sports psychology structured?
The further education course in sports psychology "Diploma of Advanced Studies (DAS) in Sports & Team Psychology Methods IAP" consists of two certificate courses:
- Successfully managing and supporting CAS teams
- CAS Psychological and mental training in sport
Each CAS is worth 15 ECTS credits and is completed individually. Topics covered include breathing techniques, motivational training, self-talk, psychoregulation training, cognitive training, psychomotor training, visualization, psychophysical regeneration, group structure, intervention options, development phases, team dynamics, understanding roles, conflict management and communication.
