How is the FPE team leader training program structured?
The team leader training for the Federal Professional Examination (FPE) for team leadership in social and socio-medical institutions consists of five modules, which must be passed before the examination. These impart leadership behaviour and understanding, know-how about goal-oriented team leadership, the quality of teamwork and its organization, the basics of cooperation and team development, as well as knowledge about how to plan, carry out and evaluate leadership tasks.
