Wie ist der Studiengang in Szenografie aufgebaut?

The scenography course at the ZHdK is divided into three levels, which extend over six semesters. The first level, which is completed in the first semester, covers the topics of space as a medium, techniques and crafts, visual design and laboratory space. In the second level, from semester two to four, students deal with topics such as costume and lighting, production design, stage design, technical drawing and CAD, staging and narration, virtual space, contextualization, visual design and reflection. During the fifth and sixth semesters, the topics of production design or stage design are explored in greater depth in level three, the Bachelor's thesis, final project and final examination are completed and a symposium and Bachelor's exhibition are held.
