How is the EMBA Digital Transformation structured?

The EMBA Digital Transformation continuing education program consists of six modules, each of which takes between six and nine days to complete. These modules are "Strategic Corporate Management", "Leadership 1" with the courses "Change Management" and "Crisis Management" as well as a study trip to Silicon Valley. The "Leadership 2" module comprises the courses "Digital Collaboration", "Digital HR Management" and "Digital Process Management", while the "Digital Business Models" module includes the courses "Fundamentals of Digital Business Models" and "Industry-Specific Digital Business Models". "Digital Trends" and "Digital Strategies" are covered in the module of the same name, "Digital Marketing" and "Digital Development" in the "Digital Marketing and Digital Development" module. 4 ECTS credits are awarded for each module and 12 ECTS credits for the final Master's thesis.
