How is the Federal Professional Examination for bodywork tinsmiths structured?
The 1993 examination regulations stipulate that the Federal Diploma of Higher Education Federal Professional Examination for Car Body Fitters is divided into six examination subjects, which together take 32 to 40 hours. These are the practical subjects "Practical work" and "Technical drawing", for which graduates have 22-25 and 3 to 4 hours respectively. The "price calculation", "business management" and "personnel management" parts of the examination can be tested in writing, orally, with a multiple-choice test or in a combination of these.
