How is the First Certificate test structured?
The language test for the First Certificate of English (FCE) is divided into five sections, each of which has a set time frame. The shortest section is free speaking, which lasts 14 minutes. The written expression section, on the other hand, lasts 1 hour and 20 minutes. The test consists of the following sections:
