As a rule, the following previous education is required for the CHE degree course in Facility Management:

• Completion of at least 3 years of vocational education and training with a Federal Diploma of Vocational Education and Training (VET)

or

• Completion of a vocational, technical or Baccalaureate with 1 year of professional experience

and

• Passing the admission procedure

As a rule, employment in the professional field of at least 50% is required for the part-time course.
