HR Assistant course: What are the admission requirements for the HR Assistant HRSE course?
The following admission requirements apply to the HR Assistant HRSE course:
- a Federal Diploma of Vocational Education and Training (Federal VET Diploma or Federal VET Certificate), a high school diploma or an equivalent qualification
- 24 months of general professional and/or internship experience (after completion of basic training, actually worked) - part-time employment of less than 100% will be credited on a pro rata basis.
If neither a certificate of proficiency nor a high school diploma or equivalent qualification can be proven, 48 months of general professional experience is required for the HR Assistant course.
The time spent as a person serving through the ranks or at least one year of civilian service is recognized as professional experience.
However, to be on the safe side, check with the school of your choice for personal assistant training.
