What apprenticeship qualification do I need to train as a Human Resources Specialist with Federal Diploma of Higher Education?
In order to be admitted to the Federal Diploma of Vocational Education and Training in Human Resources, you must have completed the Human Resources Assistant certificate examination and have a Federal Diploma of Vocational Education and Training or equivalent qualification (high school diploma, technical college certificate, etc.). In addition, at least four years of professional experience, including two years in human resources, are required. Without one of the above-mentioned qualifications, at least eight years of professional experience, four of which must be in HR, must be demonstrated.
