What are the admission requirements for ITSM training?
Participants in the CAS in ITSM must have at least two years of professional experience in the subject area and a degree at continuing education and training / tertiary level (FIT/University, University of Applied Sciences, College of Higher Education and others) or an equivalent qualification. Persons with another university degree must provide proof of three years of professional experience and will be admitted "sur dossier". Please enquire with the providers.
