What admissions apply to the Municipal Clerk course?

Anyone interested in the municipal clerk diploma course must have a university degree and at least three years of professional experience in public administration or in an administration-related company, including at least one year in a managerial role. In addition, basic knowledge of accounting and general law as well as knowledge of public management, constitutional and administrative law, public finance, organization and processes as well as negotiation skills from the CAS Public Management are required. Administrative managers with many years of professional experience can be exempted from this CAS under certain conditions.

In addition to the above-mentioned knowledge, persons without a university degree must have a comparable qualification or a commercial apprenticeship, at least 5 years of professional experience in the above-mentioned areas and must also attend the continuing education course on scientific work.
