Graduates of the continuing education, further training in leadership and management in the public sector (CAS Leadership of Organizations in the Public Sector) have the skills to develop a communication concept, to formulate ownership strategies for public companies, to distinguish between different strategy instruments and approaches and to decide on their suitability and limitations for the public sector. They also have the skills to present and represent the strategies developed for an organization. Graduates are also able to recognize the characteristics and challenges of various forms of outsourcing government tasks and management requirements.
