Those who have a Federal Diploma of Higher Education as a techno-polygrapher have a wide range of career development options. For example, techno-polygraphers can prepare for an Advanced Federal Professional Examination (AFPE) to become a certified publication manager or attend a College of Higher Education (CHE), where they can train to become a technician in polygraphy, media management or media economics. A university degree may also be an option with the appropriate qualifications, for example as a media engineer with a Bachelor's degree in IT management or media management.
